Mulab, Associazione Culturale: Mulab & the European Projects

For years, people tended to travel to the centers of big cities, which provided some prestige. Today we are witnessing a clear escape of people from the centers of large cities directly to the suburbs. But how to address and make attractive the suburbs of the cities? Where to get inspiration for unusual trips away from those promoted by all guides, away from the "mainstream"?

The target of the project are people and professionals in the CCI, who want to develop their skills in the creation of digital urban tours and the promotion of sustainable tourism aimed especially at the suburbs or those areas excluded from the phenomenon of mass tourism through the involvement of local communities. The focus of the project has been to develop a training program for adult professionals of CCI who want to acquire skills on practical applications of digital tools with which to create touristic, innovative and cultural experiences, regarding the exploration of cities, especially in peripheral areas. Specifically, for this purpose, we have created a series of open educational resources available online in the OER website section. Mulab in particular focused on the development and creation of module 3 of the course on the OER platform available at this link: https://oer.makingprojects.org/oer/diothercity/
