Wednesday - 7th - May - 2014: And so it begins... (By Meliz Posta)

Today was an early start as we began our Italian adventure with a cooking lesson from a chef called Paula. 
The lesson started with the entire group walking down to the local fresh food market where Paula taught us about Italian fruit & veg, meat, cheeses and other foods. 
Group 1 were up to cook first and made us classic pasta with tomato sauce, salad and Canoli's 🍝
After lunch and after our first taste of Gelato with Anna and Enzo, we all went to the local park to discuss the rest of the weeks activities.
